I am slowly investing in more and more pieces of cast iron; so far, I have a pizza pan (that I also use for baking and roasting), a large frying pan and a small frying pan. I just saw those new "green" non-stick pans at Target the other day and was intrigued. But I'll probably stick to the old-fashioned stuff. Thanks for sharing at Healthy 2Day Wednesday!

@Johnlyn, I use a stainless steel skillet for frying eggs. I get it nice and hot before adding butter to the pan, and I don't usually have any trouble with the eggs sticking.

So what do you fry eggs in? I've been working on my cast iron skillet skills for the past few months and just when I get it non-sticky and working perfectly they stop working again.
